BHLL Hole in One Policy

$1 from each member’s yearly dues is dedicated to a Hole-In-One Prize Pool. Members who score a Hole-In-One at Bunker Hills, during a league event, must follow the procedures specified below to be eligible for a share of the prize pool.

  • Eligibility begins with the start of the Bunker Hills Ladies League season and concludes with the last official event.
  • The Hole-In-One must be accomplished at Bunker Hills Golf Course during official league play.
  • The shot(s) must be:
  1. Witnessed by a BHLL League member during a one-ball round of golf (9 holes minimum)
  2. Made with equipment confirming to USGA regulations.

To be eligible to receive all or any portion of the Hole-In-One fund, a member must provide written notification to the Board of Directors no later than two weeks after the Hole-In-One was achieved. The notification must include the following information:

  • Member’s Name
  • Date
  • Hole Number and Course Name
  • Distance

The fund will be shared equally should more than one member score a Hole-In-One, multiple Hole-In-One by a single member shall count as separate shares for pool distribution. Any prize pool not won during a season will be carried over. If the prize fund exceeds $1000 at the end of the season, the amount over $1,000 will be donated to a local charity.
