BHLL Hole in One Policy
$1 from each member’s yearly dues is dedicated to a Hole-In-One Prize Pool. Members who score a Hole-In-One at Bunker Hills, during a league event, must follow the procedures specified below to be eligible for a share of the prize pool.
- Eligibility begins with the start of the Bunker Hills Ladies League season and concludes with the last official event.
- The Hole-In-One must be accomplished at Bunker Hills Golf Course during official league play.
- The shot(s) must be:
- Witnessed by a BHLL League member during a one-ball round of golf (9 holes minimum)
- Made with equipment confirming to USGA regulations.
To be eligible to receive all or any portion of the Hole-In-One fund, a member must provide written notification to the Board of Directors no later than two weeks after the Hole-In-One was achieved. The notification must include the following information:
- Member’s Name
- Date
- Hole Number and Course Name
- Distance
- Club Used
- Ball Use
- Name of witness(es)
The fund will be shared equally should more than one member score a Hole-In-One, multiple Hole-In-One by a single member shall count as separate shares for pool distribution. Any prize pool not won during a season will be carried over. If the prize fund exceeds $1000 at the end of the season, the amount over $1,000 will be donated to a local charity.
